Are you interested in ordering a custom version of one of our desgins? Or do you want to order something completely original? We would love to work with you to create your vision. Reach out to us to discuss your ideas more. My daughter and I both take on design requests and are excited to hear from you.
During this discussion we can talk about what you are wanting and if we would be a good fit to make that happen. We will also be able to give you a timeline estimate. During our busy season, there may be a wait of up to 2 to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Due to high demand, we currently have a 1 to 3 week production time. Each item is made to order by my husband and I. Shipping time and costs depends on location. Once you add your items to your cart, you will be able to see an estimated delivery date and the final cost of shipping. Contact us for more information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. While we generally do not accept returns or exchanges, we encourage you to reach out to us with any concerns regarding your order. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days to discuss a solution.
CANCELING AN ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept order cancellations once they have been placed, as our items are made to order. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. WHERE ARE THE DESIGNS MADE?
The majority of our products are made right in our shop in Portland, Oregon. There are some products we buy wholesale such as our shackets, straw charms, and our upgraded straws and lids. Our t-shirts and tumblers are made in house by myself. My incredible husband is responsible for all wooden creations.
WHERE CAN I BUY IN PERSON?
We do shows year round where you can browse an even larger selection of designs. In addition, we opened up a physical store in NE Portland in 2025. You can visit us at 1902 NE Broadway in Portland, OR. Please see our facebook for most up to date information on the stores hours. Hours can vary due to shows we attend.
GIFT CARDS
Yes, we offer gift cards that can be purchased in various denominations. Our gift cards can be redeemed online at Viny-ly Done Designs and do not expire. To purchase a gift card, simply visit our website and select the gift card option.
