Our Story
My name is Teresa Knesal and I am the owner and creative mind behind Vinyl-ly Done. I am the mom of 2, the step-mom of 2 more, and the fur mom of two adorable doggies and one cat. I worked as a cosmetologist for several years before losing work due to COVID-19 in 2020. I had always had a love and passion for crafting. My kids often joked my home was straight out of HGTV.
When the lock down started, my kids began encouraging me to start selling my creations on Etsy. At the time, my now husband and I were planning our wedding. We had decided to make our wedding decorations ourselves. My then fiancé bought me a cricut to help me in creating our wedding decorations and honeymoon t-shirts. Due to COVID we ended up getting married in Vegas instead. However, the cricut got to stay. With the cricut I began to experiment making different projects beyond my wedding decorations.

I started my business using vinyl to make home décor, apparel, and accessories. My Husband does all our wood working. Eventually I added tumblers to my available products. I started to get more and more orders. As the world began to open up, I started attending farmers markets and other Market events. One of the biggest shows we do every year is HalloweenTown in St. Helens, OR. I learned how to do sublimation and then I learned how to use a DTF printer. I have become well versed in the art of bleach tie dying and utilize this method on many of my designs. In three words I would describe my brand as country chic, humorous, and rustic.

Today, I now run this business full time. I do shows year round all across the pacific northwest. I have since retired my Etsy store and replaced it with my own website. In 2024, we rented our first retail space where you can visit us in person year round.
Vinyl-ly done is a family run business. My husband is one of my biggest supports and helps me in the production process and in attending all our different shows. My son came up with the business name. as we have continued to grow and take on more shows, my son now works our booth during some of them. My daughter continues to provide digital design assistance and is our resident wbsite guru. She is the one who designed this website.

I love what I do, I love creating, and I love getting to be a stay at home dog mom.
thank you for shopping small,
Teresa Knesal
